Dr. Carl Frieden, Professor, Dept. of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics, has been selected to receive the 2009 Second Century Award from Washington University School of Medicine. This honor recognizes those whose long-term commitment and participation have made a significant difference to the university, enabling the School of Medicine to enter its second century with strength and confidence.
