2019-04-25 – Missouri Symposium in Molecular Biophysics

Join us at the 2019 Missouri Symposium in Molecular Biophysics with a focus on “Structural Electron Microscopy” on April 25-26th, 2019 at the University of Missouri’s Bond Life Sciences Center. University of Missouri anticipates building our facilities and efforts in the near future in structural electron microscopy focused on applications to cancer, neuroscience and vascular science with an overarching vision towards translational precision medicine.

Structural biology pioneer Dr. Wah Chiu from Stanford University has inspired numerous scientists and will be giving our keynote lecture. Other cryoEM leaders speaking include: Phoebe Stewart from Casewestern Reserve University, Elizabeth Wright from University of Wisconsin, Tamir Gonen & Todd Yeates from UCLA, Lena Kourkoutis from Cornell University, Michael Stowell from University of Colorado and finally Jeffrey Lengyel from ThermoFisher Scientific. This event will include keynote lecture/dinner/poster session on April 25th, and a day of lectures on the 26th in Bond Life Sciences Center.
